All new patient appointments include a comprehensive lab assessment (CBC, CMP, full hormone and thyroid panels, B-12, Vit D, cortisol, A1C, fasting insulin). PLEASE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT 1.5-2 WEEKS OUT TO GET THE LAB RESULTS BACK BEFORE YOU INITIAL APPOINTMENT.
Due to the nature of the services and the extended 1:1 time I spend with my patients, I don’t accept insurance. However, I do accept HAS/FSA cards and will be happy to provide a super bill for reimbursement upon request.
